Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

This is a work at home position. A responsible, experienced bookkeeper/office assistant is needed 2 to 4 days a week to generate invoices, handle bank transactions, prepare bid proposals and perform general office duties for a small busy construction company. This position will interact with the company CPA for accuracy in all aspects of bookkeeping. Proficiency in Quickbooks is a must and good working knowledge of Word and Excel are required.
